Rev. Sidney Williams, Jr., is the Founder and Sr. Vice President of EKOS Ministries, Inc. He serves as the interim CFO of Washington Bible College. Previously, he was the founding partner of the New

Markets Growth Fund (NMGF), an early stage venture fund at the University of Maryland.  Prior to joining the NMFG, Sidney was the co-founder and Managing Partner at AXIA Partners, a venture firm in New York, NY which raised more than $50 million in private capital for early-stage companies and assisted more than 200 companies with business plan development and equity valuation.

Sidney earned a MBA Degree from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in entrepreneurship and finance.  He also earned a Masters of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary and is serving on the board of the Economic Development Corp. of Union Bethel A.M.E. Church in Brandywine, MD.
